AdBlock Tweak could be a suggestion for Next Generation AdBlockers

Today during the lunch time we had a discussion about ad block that is available for web browsers and how some sites try to manipulate it and then block the user from using the website with an interstitial forcing them to disable it in order to use the website.
I guess from the browser perspective the browser teams can think of making ad block script something similar to what MoQ (https://github.com/moq/moq) does in .NET TDD where the actual assembly is not invoked but a fake assembly is created and returned. Similarly browsers can have a AdBlock which simulates allowing ad but returns a simulated response to the site.
This is not a user experience discussion. Hence I would like Opera moderator to appropriately tag the same to development team as it could be little technical.
