Why aren't bookmarks and history synced between PC and mobile?

I use Opera GX as my main browser. Ever since I started using it on mobile, I've had the issue of bookmarks and history not being able to sync between PC and mobile, I'm wondering why that is.

@mattlexic Maybe because Opera GX Mobile doesn't have neither bookmarks nor Sync?
