Add feature: "Download menu like in edge which allows us to copy download link of a file before downloading it"

I want to copy download link before downloading the file. I usually do it by downloading the file and then pause it and then go to the downloads tab and copy the download link.
But in Microsoft Edge I saw a feature called Show downloads menu when a download starts
Using this feature I can easily copy download link of a file before downloading it.
I really love this feature, Opera please add this feature .

@leocg But many times there are redirects and the actual download link cannot be copied
