Problems when trying to install Opera GX

So, today I decided to reinstall the Opera GX after a while and when I tried I couldn't. I tried to install the default browser opera but also had the same error, the download does not load. Could someone help me? Thanks!
Note: In the picture: "Baixando" means Downloading.

@icarocean Try using the offline installer.

@icarocean That's not the offline installer. The offline installer doesn't download anything.
