Is the Tab Menu coming back?

Opera had this feature called tab menu where you had a list of recently opened tabs, tabs from other devices and open tabs which was removed and made as an experimental feature then removed completely and replaced with the mostly useless search feature.

Even as an experimental feature is fine as long as I toggle it somehow.

Will it ever come back or am I forced to stay on version 68.0.3618.206 forever?
