Forcing different default fonts on web pages

I'm fully aware that there's a spot in settings for just this, but the problem with that is websites load in their own fonts regardless of what I want to use. I've attempted looking up how to do this but it's mainly about Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, and if it really was about Opera, it's from years ago rather than more recently. So I would like to know how to force a different default fonts to web pages, however I can.

@floofyneko69 To change the font of a site, you need to use an extension.
