Browser history doesn't sync between devices?

Why is the browser history not synced between devices? After using chrome and edge, it looks extremely wild. Not to mention the fact that after so many years, browser extensions are not synchronized.

Please explain your logic to me: I have an Opera account, so why don't I have the same browsing history on all devices? The same express panel, extensions, etc?

I work with a large number of devices and it often happens that I need to find a page in my browsing history. But I don't have that device at hand anymore... what to do?

I'm from Russia and the opera was very popular there. For a long time, this was my favorite browser. I sometimes install this browser and see what's new. But there is nothing new except the version number. Very sad.
