Android 11 Audio And Video Stuttering

To whom it may concern,

I was recently sent over the air some of the more recent Android 11 updates for my Samsung S20 Ultra and since about the April AT&T security patch, depending on how my phone likes to work, restarting the device seemingly used to fix stuttering audio within Opera in Android 11 while Android 10 never had stuttering audio (ever).

Now with the July 1st AT&T security patch, restarting my phone and or powering it off completely and turning back it on does not get rid of the stuttering with audio or videos.

I have reinstalled Opera twice to the latest version and it still exhibits this issue. I do love the way Opera sounds normally (more than Chrome or Firefox) after installing and turning off a lot of the default settings.

This Android 11 stuttering issue really is depressing.

Thank you anyone for your help with this problem that needs to be addressed.
