Opera doesn't installing

I wanted to install Opera GX on my pc. On your site you mention that it is easy to learn to install and that it is fast and secure. I took thirty minutes to install it on my computer because the package could not be found. I noticed he ate more ram than chrome. That he was slow. That it was not practical for web devlopment. in short, it was unusable.
and when i installed it the download is stopped at 1% Please do something so that the browser is correct
