Opera crashed and my tabs are gone.

Opera crashed and my tabs are now gone. In other forum posts people are saying to look for the "Last Session/Tab" and "Current Session/Tab" files in "appdata", but I can't find them. I have 2 separate sets of session/tab files in my "Sessions" folder, im not sure if those are the files im looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
