Opera on Android - declining sync

I use Opera on my PC, iPhone, and Android tablet (weird, I know), and Opera on my Android tablet is refusing to sync. While the former two syncing as intended, sync on the latter does not. I should clarify on the outset, however, that this issue is confined solely to Opera and Opera Beta, and does not affect Opera GX, Touch, or Lite, or their respective betas, which I tested out of curiosity, and sync as intended.
The error I am encountering is as follows:
-
I open Opera (Opera hereafter refers to both Opera and Opera Beta) on my tablet after a full wipe and successfully complete an initial sign in;
-
I go to the Sync and backup tab, which reads in orange letters, "Sync is paused. Sign in again to resume.";
-
After clicking the sign in button, a pop up, which lists my correct email, has a place to input my password, which I correctly enter, only to have the pop up display in red lettering, "Temporary server error. Please try again later.";
After failing to sync via the above method, I try to instead scan my computer's QR Code:
-
Accessing the QR scan method via My Flow, Connect Device, I scan my computer's QR code, which changes the pop up and tells me to follow the directions on my other device, and displays a six-digit confirmation code;
-
The confirmation codes match, so I confirm as much on my PC, by clicking the "Yes, they match" button;
-
After confirming the code on my PC, my tablet's pop up again changes and reads, "[line one] Failed to connect [line two] Connection declined on your other device."
-
My PC, however, displays a page that reads, "[line one] Synchronize your data [line two] You made it! You're now logged in
I have not previously encountered this issue, and I have used Opera for the better part of this year. My only thought is that I recently changed my Opera account's email and password, disconnected it from Google, and added two-factor authentication. However, these changes have not inhibited my ability to sign in or sync my PC or iPhone, or Opera's other Android browser apps.
I am running the latest version of each respective app.
