Tabs should be clickable all the way up

Conditions: Opera are maximized. Several tabs are opened.
When the user wants to change to another tab by moving the mouse pointer upwards towards the edge of the screen, the pointer ends up in an inactive area just above the desired tab where it is not possible to activate the tab. It would be good if the tab is selectable even when the mouse pointer is on the outer edge of the screen.

Well, not with my Linux Mint. I must always move pointer down one or two pixels. Irritating. -

I found a Configure file in Opera config-folder.
It contains settings for this.
"top_tab_spacing_disabled":false,
"top_tab_spacing_disabled_default_enabled":trueI changed the first but I can't say it works. Must test more.
