Sidebar toggle options

Add those 3 options to the sidebar:

• Always Show
  Always show the sidebar
• Smart Hide
  Show sidebar only when we roll the mouse over the left side of the browser
• Always Hidden
  Never show the sidebar

I'd better prefer Vivaldi's solution: an optional narrow (semi hidden) sidebar and/or a quick toggle button on the toolbar. Because in Opera the sidebar is a part of the window and opens not inside the frame.
