No Windows Taskbar pop-up but only in Opera

So this just started maybe in the last 14 days or so. I can no longer run my mouse down to taskbar and have it pop-up automatically. It works fine in Chrome and Edge. There has been no Windows update since then and I'm running Opera ver. 77.0.4054.203. Any sugg?
