How to access my passwords without opening opera

My opera crashed and I'm afraid of reinstalling opera and losing my passwords, how can I recover them without opening opera because it's buggy

@keenanio You can't. Reinstalling a software should not mess with your data, but you can backup your current data and recover it if needed.
