[suggestions] Notification dot on the apps on sidebar

In the regular opera browser , there's and option to display a dot on the sidebar apps (instagram,telegram,etc) whenever you recieve a new message , would like to have that added here as well

I believe it exists. I saw dot multiple times for Messenger, Whatsapp and Telegram.
