In the regular opera browser , there's and option to display a dot on the sidebar apps (instagram,telegram,etc) whenever you recieve a new message , would like to have that added here as well

The window displays as it does in regular opera browser (without the neon glow thingy).I personally prefer how the regular opera looka but since there are some new features in opera gx than the regular opera i'd like to have that look in gx :l
