opera cant open any sites

Tried searching mobile forums with no luck so thought I would give it a try here. On my android phone i installed opera and get this whatever site i try. Anyway to turn off whatever opera is doing. Everything is fine on chrome and apps it is just opera that fails. see pic.
Phone is Samsung S20 FE 5G though as all other browsers work fine it must be something opera is doing differently.
