No keyboard SFX and can't play any media on Twitter/Facebook

As the title says, I'm unable to turn on the sound effects of Opera and any video I try to play doesn't start, it only shows a frame, and then comes back to "The media could not be played."
I did install Media Feature Pack, no progress
Any help?
