Can opera auto-load messengers on browser start?

Hi. Using latest stable opera for pc.
Trying to set some messengers because it looks nice to have them in browser. (in that left panel with alot of buttons)
But, for me they are load only after I manually click on them and let them load. So, if someday I will forget to do that (I already see some number of scenarios how I can forget about that. And I will...) I will not get any notifications from them...
So, can Opera pre-load logged in messengers when I'm opening browser? For me opera looks like... really unreliable way of using them... -
