No Opera Sync Option on iOS

So no sync' for iOS is a deal breaker across 5 devices for me. I've just finished installing Opera on 4 of them, along with my password manager. Now I have to uninstall all of them and go back to another browser that was kicking my OCD into overdrive...

still in Opera Help:
On your iOS device (Opera Mini 10 or later):
Open the Opera Mini app.
Tap the menu and select Settings.
Under Synchronization, tap the Sign In menu item.not very helpful imo

When can we expect a sync function for iOS? Without it, Opera is unfortunately not an alternative and I have to use another browser.

I would like to add my voice to this, I was planning to switch to Opera GX but without basic functionality like bookmark/password sync via Opera Account Login I can’t really switch completely over. Hope this base feature is added soon!

Right there with you. I thought the normal Opera had sync in the mobile versions and Opera GX was the one that didn't have.
With all the innovation, Opera still doesn't have desktop notifications on PC and sync on mobile.
Any idea if the new Opera One will be the same? -

I downloaded the mac version of opera, set everything up and I was going to do this on my iPhone and realised that I can not sync. This topic was opened over 2 years ago and we still don't have the sync option... Opera is putting so much money into adds, but I think this is major thing for iPhone users to have and in many cases they see the add, try opera, think it is nice, can't sync and go back to chrome or safari... Opera is loosing so much money on this I think.

This is so disappointing! The fact that there is no bookmark/account sync option 3/4 of the way into 2023 is ridiculous, especially since this thread was started two years ago. I recently downloaded Opera One to my PC because of an ad from a Youtuber I follow, and I fell in love with the UI immediately. Now I'm going through on my iPhone and iPads trying to set up Opera there only to find out I can't synchronize across these platforms. It's such a shame because it is a truly beautiful experience to use. I know this feature is available on Edge and Chrome, so what's preventing the team at Opera from allowing this? It's really all they need to do in order to get so many new people on board.

I used Opera a couple of years ago, then switched to another browser, and a few weeks ago I downloaded both the Windows and iOS versions, assuming I can sync between the two.
I can't.
Dear developers, please enable cross-platform sync between iOS and Windows! -

My collaborators and I who have been using Chrome on macOS for years have switched with so much enthusiasm to Opera One that it is actually much better than Chrome. However, when we realized that it did not have cross-platform sync with Windows but above all with iOS we were shocked. It was a function that we totally gave for OFF in 2023. It is not possible not to have extensions and especially favorites synchronized. This lack is making us carefully consider returning to Chrome.
And the even more absurd thing is that none of the developers while reading this post give the slightest feedback at least with some future predictions. Is this the respect you give to your users?

@maxita Synch between Mac and Windows is there, maybe a different than you expect, but nevertheless.
Opera on iOS is another cup of tea. It only works partially through the Flow feature. -

You can try sync.opera.com to get an incomplete sync.

I'm another Opera user that is totally confused/frustrated/annoyed by the lack of synchronisation of workspaces, tabs and bookmarks on IOS devices.
Please Opera can you give us this feature or respond to this thread with an explanation? It feels like we're being laughed at here. What's going on? -

Tried new Opera One on my Windows PC few days ago, and I loved it. Imported everything from Chrome, installed Opera on my MacBook too and connected with PC.
Installed Opera Touch on my iPhone and loved it to. Was excited to finish switching from Chrome on all devices.
And now I found out that I can’t sync bookmarks and other stuff on my phone with MacBook and PC. It’s just ridiculous, why this obvious must-have feature is still not available? Even though this post is 3-years old and there many more like this, where people ask for it.
Especially now after release of Opera One and lots of its advertising on the internet. I’m sure that many new users right now are trying it and then decide not to continue use it not because they didn’t like the new Opera One (or mobile version), but simply because not having full browser synchronization between phone and PC in 2023 is total deal-breaker for most people.
Please listen to your users, and finally implement it. -

Still no news about cross-platform bookmark sync.
Firefox does it, Chrome does it even Edge does it.
I tried to check if there's a development roadmap somewhere that mentions this feature - there is not. -
