Opera Sync not updating browser settings on new install.

I am moving over to a new ThinkPad and just installed Opera Stable.

After logging into my Opera account and choosing Sync all,
opera did not copy browser settings onto new machine.

Everything else is transferred.

Any tips for troubleshooting?

WIN10-64. Opera 77.0.4054.90.

@vegelund Not all settings are synced. In fact, I guess very few of them are.
