How would you get your own live wallpaper

So I was wondering how to get a custom live wallpaper on Opera GX and not one from https://addons.opera.com/en/wallpapers/?tag=animated
How would I get a live wallpaper from my files because .mp4 files and .gif files don't work what file would it be or can you even do this?
