Opera GX Failing to start

Just today I started getting the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application" from Opera GX upon startup. I'm not sure what caused this to start happening, but it was working fine yesterday and all this week. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@leocg So far I've tried reinstalling it 3 times, renaming the autoupdate.exe file, and clearing my temp files. Also, I saw one of the past solutions was to reinstall a previous version, but that version was over a year ago and it's no longer available at least from what I could see.

@leocg I just tried all that stuff and I'm still getting the same error message when I try to launch Opera Gx.
