Numbers on url bookmarks on home page

Hi never used this browser before, but so far i like it, cleans history etc on quit. But i cant figer out the home page, originally there we links there which I deleted and started my own.

But what are the numbers on each bookmark, and a lot of the same number.

I will type two local URLs with 192.168.x.x and 192.168.. And each have the number one in big letters, how to get rid of the number, perhaps get a url icon instead. I can see a few have done that, but all links to my network drives have big numbers on them and mostly number 1 in different colours.
