all tabs crashed randomly (video)

Hello! At last 1-2 days my all tabs and all opera's window works troublesome. Opened tabs cannot load and show me. Everything is unclickable especially tabs. No error message given. Refresh the tabs everytime for open it. The opera windows minize button is not work correcty.. My opera is updated but I don't know Whats going on these days??
as u can see on video: Youtube tabs which i try to click....and minimize button.. I mean everything is not working properly
