[Solved]Can't reset Sync data

According to the Opera Sync FAQ, there should be an option or button to "reset data" at the Opera Sync web dashboard. However, this is what I see -
Evidently, the reset button is missing. If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it!

None of this is working. I have tried to reset. Sign Out and back in again and nothing syncs. Just blank screen with the moving wheel icon on it
