Black screen because of opera

Opera freezes and shows a black screen, this is observed only with Opera.
If you close the browser or refresh the page, the browser comes to its senses and starts showing an image.
I have reinstalled and tried to do whatever, but Opera continues to show this bug.
If you open 2 opera browsers on 2 screens and turn on the video on one of them, the video from 4k quality goes to 360p and reloads.
The other screen will be black until it is refreshed or the browser window is resized.
