Turn on audio by default of video streaming

Hello,
now when I see a video streaming in Opera for Android (63.3.3216.58675) audio is turned of by default.
I would know if it possible (and how) turno it on by default.

For example: accessing by https://www.la7.it/dirette-tv (live italian TV channel) my audio is off and I have to turn on it manually clicking on the speaker icon in the corner.

Someone could help me?
