Unable to synchronise passwords

How do I restore my saved passwords?
my saved passwords are unable to sync. I don't have exported saved passwords because I reinstalled my pc.
I have reset my opera password account too because I forgot my old opera account password. But it's still needed my old password to sync it.

@dale70 If your saved passwords were synced associated with your old Opera account password, then you will need that password to recover those saved passwords.

@leocg I have reset my password because I don't remember my old password. I try with another password that I normally use but still wrong.
