[Solved] Windows Theme Overriding Opera Themes

This morning I received an update to my Opera browser that has caused my Opera Browser theme to be overridden by my Windows OS Theme. This is an issue that's been hitting my browsers one by one (Opera's turn I guess) and for both Chrome and Firefox I've been able to fix it. I haven't found any useful help with web search, so I'm here at the source.
I use the high contrast black windows theme (to reduce eye fatigue). This theme does not play well with browsers. Included below is a screenshot of the color picker for the Opera Theme as well as this forum post form. As you can see, everything is black. Everything. The window contents, the Opera menus, even the color pickers are all black.
Could I get some guidance on a setting to change or have one made for me to change? Whatever the latest update did, it rendered this browser completely unusable.
(Since the preview is broken, I'll include the url here just in case https://imgur.com/a/eQEVEMO )

Not programs that have their own themes, or Opera's primary competition. I don't want to, but if I have to, I'll switch back to Chrome.

Pardon the delay, this didn't notify me when you replied the second time. This will fix you right up. Like I said, I needed to find a fix for the other browsers but I didn't find a fix for Opera online.
Edit to add: Could we focus on Opera rather than Chrome please?
Second Edit: Nevermind, it occurred to me that I should look to see if the same flag existed in Opera (since both are Chromium) and it does. Setting the flag fixed it for me in Opera too.
