Telegram Dark Mode

Recently Telegram made available the Dark Mode option both on https://webk.telegram.org and on https://webz.telegram.org. I believe that both versions of Opera for PC should be updated quickly to adopt this new feature of Telegram.
Many people do not like the white mode besides the fact that the new versions of the telegram have received several other new features and facilities.
I hope we can bring that to Opera for PC.
