Set desktop wallpaper as opera GX wallpaper

I recently had to reinstall gx, and the option to use my desktop wallpaper as the browser wallpaper has gone - under start page in settings i have the option to select a custom wallpaper, but not to have it sync with the desktop one.

@subzero111 That option has gone a while ago.
