Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Disney+ don't work

Amazon Prime Video will not play anything, giving me a "digital rights error" and telling me to update Opera, but I am on the latest version (76.0.4017.107).
Netflix gives me Error Code "O7701-1003", the suggested solution was to go to "opera:components" and update the "Widevine Content Decryption Module". This did not help, as it already was on the latest version (4.10.2209.0).
Disney+ just does not play anything without an error message.

I have tried to Update Opera, Widevine, and Windows, all without fixing the issue.
I also unistalled Opera, and installed it again, still not fixing the issue.

I only have problems on my desktop PC, my Laptop works just fine.
I also tried to take all files related to Opera from my laptop and put them on my PC after deleting the files there, that also did not work.

Because I could not find any other suggestions of how to fix my problem, I am asking here for help.
