            Hey Ava,

I think Opera has its own audience, just like people have a psychology that pushes them towards using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Maybe it is the difference between the layout that captures the attention of the users. Some people like it all on their screen while some prefer a clean browsing experience with just a search tab on the front.

I think thatโ€™s what all is making all the difference.

The fact that is not made by a US-based big tech company, so you can trust it better.

                Built-in messengers
Convenient screenshot, does not capture anything unnecessary

@avanotty Your answer is in your time using it steadily for a month, a week, 3 days, or a day, I think the latest is the leasts
Opera is the most efficient among them

@avanotty "It also performs and loads pages much, much faster" "1 week of usage" Any clean web browser installation can be faster than one that has a lot of caches, extensions, cookies, etc. But yeah, Opera tends to use less RAM than chrome

I remember using opera a few years back when smartphones had hit the market for the first time. I was using Sony Xperia Mini. It had an inbuilt (already installed) Opera browser app. I didn't use any other browser, though I was familiar with many other browsers. If I recall it correctly, it had a neatly organised user interface and I was completely happy with the experience.
But, the shift happened when I started using the laptop and changed my phone. Laptops have Google chrome as a default browser, and smartphones running on android OS gives us chrome. I think the shift happened more like an external force. When people start using smartphones that run on android, they get used to the idea that chrome is a default browser. The majority of the users do not download or install any other browser, they will never go to that extend and they stick with what they have.
