Opera Browser: Better search bar!

Hi.
The search field/bar from Opera Browser ist really annoying!
When searching per Strg+F or F3 the Opera search bar slides down from the top.
This has some negative effects.

1. The whole page moves down.
   Why?!

2. I use zoom 90% on FB in Opera Browser. By sliding down of the search field the whole page gets resized smaller, zoomed out. o_O
   Why?!

Could the Opera search function not be used with no effects on pages?
This would be more professional.
