Opera window border too thick

Hello everybody. When I start Opera, it shows me a very strange border of the window. I highlighted it red (can be personalized) and yes, it is that thick, even when I maximize it. Opera is the only program doing it and it is happening only on my Windows user profile. If anyone could help, I will be happy. Thank you!
