I only can open my twitter when my VPN is on

I already tried to reinstall the browser, clear ao cookies and data, but nothing works. Sometimes it opens in normal, but in 97% of the time I try to open twitter whit the VPN off, I only can see the "Oops! Something Went Wrong" message.

@v4mp1r0 If you can access using a VPN, then it (usually) means that either Twitter is being blocked in your region or your IP is being blocked by Twitter.
