can't C&P in google docs

I cannot seem to copy, cut, or paste into a google docs word file while using the opera gx browser. i can, however, use ctrl + z and ctrl + y, which is just nutty to me. additionally, i verified that i am able to C&P in another browser (chrome And edge), so ... i am at a loss as to why i cannot copy and paste while using gx?

anyone have any solutions, suggestions? because i feel like i am somehow missing an obvious fix, lol.

@rated-em Try disabling the ad/tracker blockers.

@leocg I just had that same problem. IDK if its the same option you said since my Opera Gx is in spanish, but i disabled the third-party cookies blocker and enabled it back again and now i can copy paste things in google docs
