      Hello all,

can anyone recommend me a comfortable chair that is still comfortable after hours of work.
My butt hurts already after 2h most of the time.
The chairs in our office are just not the real thing.

My work colleague always wears such pants for cyclists, which are padded. If someone does not know how they look, here is a link for pictures: https://www.stylespring.de/herren-fahrradshorts/

Would you guys do this? I'm not too sure about that.
Therefore rather the question about a suitable chair...^^

I think you should buy a gaming chair as I have not used before, but gamers streamed more than 6 Hours and then do not feel any kind of pain in their body, You can google Gaming Chair, And search on YouTube their benefits also... I'm also looking for gaming chair ....

@amirmurtaza Yes, absolutely agree! A gaming chair is designed for longer sitting and has accordingly a good upholstery. Of course, you can also buy an ergonomic chair. They're not so fancy and fulfill your request too.

            Hey,
To be honest, my chair is not really comfortable, but I have found a really good solution to compensate for that.

The tips in the following article are really worthwhile after sitting at a desk for a long time.

the best back support score of any chair with an 88/100. This score really helped to make this one of the most comfortable chair options. The back is a flexible mesh that conforms to the person in the chair. It lets you sink into the back and gives you good mid to upper back support. The backrest has a really pronounced curve which gives it a great shape for good lumbar support. If you are looking best comfortable chair and also want to buy its you must visit this site recliner shunt

Whatever you buy, make sure it's an ergonomic chair. Any true ergonomic chair should have the following characteristics:

-It should have at least three adjustment levers underneath it. One for height, angle of the seat, and angle of the backrest.

                    -Adjustible-height armwrests

                    -Adjustivble-height back

-No less than five wheeled "legs"

Most office stores have a few of them. Expect to spend $200-$300.

                    best regards: recliner shunt

Yep I'd go with an ergonomic or gaming chair. In addition, I'd recommend you to add some easy to do stretching excercised.... they are a real game changer 👍
