Opera Intune ADMX and Policy Support

We have some users that want to us Opera within our computing environment. But we have not been able to find information for setting policy restrictions on the configuration for Opera so that it will be in compliance with our Data Security Policies.
In order to meet GDPR compliance, all browsers must be configured with certain settings. We use Azure/InTune to manage our Windows based computers. To be able to package Opera for installation, we need an ADMX file from Opera.
Is there an "Enterprise" or "IT Professionals" page where I can obtain this information?
If we can not enforce Opera compliance, we will have to restrict the use of Opera within our corporate environment.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Even though Opera is based on Chromium, Opera doesn't support any policies in the registry. Therefore, setting group policies won't help. And, an ADMX file won't help. Opera also doesn't provide a bundled download with an ADMX file in it like Chrome does.
Vivaldi does supports its own policies though. I don't think there's an ADMX bundle, but I see https://admx.help/?Category=VivaldiBrowser for example.
