Opera returns blank tab on a first attempt of opening new page

Hello there,

when going from the blank page and either try to manually type url or click on bookmarked page it goes blank on a first attempt. When I retype the url (or hit the bookmarked page again) it loads the page correctly and working perfectly fine afterwards.

I tried repair it by reinstalling and uninstall/install (with deleting all the files - fresh install) but no success whatsoever. Still the same behavior.

I'm running on latest 74.0.3911.232.

Thanks for any idea.
