Keyboard doesn't work with Opera

So I ran into a weird bug and I can't submit a report of it so here's a breakdown.
Keyboard inputs are not receiving properly, either repetitive key press "z"="zzzzzzzz..." Or nothing at all.
I am on widows 10 using the most up-to-date Opera GX.
I am needing to log out of my browser and reinstall it but I want to make sure at least my bookmarks are saved.
I am logged into opera on my phone and tablet.
Any advice would be appreciated. -

@skysloth44 So you are saying that your keyboard doesn't work with Opera?

@leocg yeah, it won't let me type anything on opera but when I go to note pad if I press the "k" key it shows that I'm holding they key down. This only started about 3 days ago.

I just need to know how to save my bookmarks if I uninstall opera and possible reset windows all together. I am logged into my opera account on my phone and tablet.

@skysloth44 You can use sync or you can export your bookmarks in the bookmarks manager page (opera://bookmarks).

@leocg I saved my bookmarks and fully reset my pc and reinstalled opera gx and I'm still unable to use my keyboard, I have "Opera GX 73.0.3856.415".
