My Opera is not opening. Every time I uninstall and and re-install it, it always just closes and I can't get it to open. I have tried deleting my profile info but it still hasn't worked. Can someone please help me?

Any Opera processes running in the Windows Task Manager? If so, kill them and restart your computer.
Do you make use of Microsoft Family accounts in Windows?
