Weather Widget in Private Window?

Good day everyone,

I'm fiddling around with Operas built-in Weather Widget and noticed that it won't show up using a Private Window (or Incognito Mode, if you prefer this term).
Of course, in a normal (read: non-private) window it works just fine.

So, I'm curious if it is possible, to activate the widget in private mode? I know, browsing private and stating your location to the widget seems arbitrary, but hey, who knows if someday this information will help me elsewhere
