Context menus and texts not showing in Windows 10 running on VM

Hello,

I am using Opera in WM, Win10. My system is like below. Problem is context menus and texts are not readable in white backgrounds. I can only read the texts in dark theme or dark backgrounds. Problem occurs only at VM. In real HW, Opera is working fine but it was restricted by company IT. So I can not use it in my PC without VM.

Do you have any solution? If not could you fix the bug? I guess there is transparency issues.
