Speed dial taking minutes to open on build 74.0.3911.203.

Morning everyone, I'm on Opera build 74.0.3911.203. As of last evening, the Speed Dial can take several minutes to appear, along with the small icons in the open tabs.

Also, when closing Opera, sometimes the crash reporter and one instance of Opera is left running. When this happens, I have to go to Task Manager, and stop them there before I can open Opera again later.

Can anyone advise a fix for this please?.

It's also eating up 30+ of CPU (about 5-8 times more then before) constantly.
