How can I import an old session file to the Opera Browser.

Hey Guys,
apperently my browser crashed mit all my tabs.
After some research i found the location where opera safes the tabs from the last session.
But i dont know how to open this file in opera, cuz when i open oper it always creates a new seassion file.
Hope you can help me.
