I lost access to the phone linked to my crypto wallet

Hi,

I have a problem. So, I had a phone connected to my Computer browser where I have a crypto wallet, but I can't do any transaction because every time I try asks me for a payment confirmation in my phone (which I don't have to it anymore).

What can I do in this case? I installed Opera and I synchronized it to my computer browser, but I can't receive any payment confirmation in there. because I can't link my crypto wallet. It just create me a new Crypto wallet.

@m4uro Did you already set up a crypto wallet in the new phone? Did you already recover your old wallet contents using your phrase?

@leocg Thanks for answering. I can not recover my old wallet contents in this new phone, because I don't have the phrase. I don't even remember creating one either

I still have my crypto wallet contents in my computer browser (Which I had used for the around a year), but It keeps asking me to sign in on my phone browser. I already linked my new phone to my browser but it does not receive any payment confirmation.

What do you recommend me to do? I don't want really want to uninstall the browser because I want my crypto wallet content back.

@m4uro The phrase is automatically created when you create your wallet and allows you tio get back the contents of your wallet in case you need to recreate it in a different phone/installation.

if you don't remember the phrase nor have saved it, I'm afraid your wallet content is lost.

@leocg even if I created the crypto wallet in the GX computer browser? Because I think I did create my crypto wallet in the browser, and not in the old phone.

There is any way to recover that phrase from my browser or any old email?

@m4uro As far as i know, the wallet is stored on the phone, on Opera for Android. That's why you have to link it to your Opera for Android.

Nope, the phrase can't be recovered.
