How to do a case sensitive search in a page?

Hi,

When I want to search for a particular word in a page I do "Ctrl+f" (or F3) and I type the word I want to find in the "Find in the page ..." field.
It works, but unfortunately I didn't find a way to do a case sensitive search or to specify that I look for the entire word only.

How can I do that?
